实习活动既可以增强学生的技能、丰富学生的社会知识、提高学生的就业竞争力,又可以增进学校与企事业单位之间的了解与合作。当前,在我国大力发展职业教育的大背景下,宁夏职业教育进入了前所未有的快速发展阶段,办学规模迅速扩大。但伴随着职业院校办学规模的迅速扩大,接受职业教育的学生实习权益受侵犯的案件常有发生,通过整理分析职教生实习权益保护现状,不难发现职教生实习权益正面临“无法”有效保护的尴尬局面。
