Skeletal muscle plays an important role in the regulation of glucose metabolism in peripheral tissues. Under the condition of basal state and insulin stimulation, the uptake of sugar accounts for about 20% and 75% -95% of the total body tissue, respectively [1]. Under physiological conditions, glucose is transported from skeletal muscle cells to the outside of the cells as the main rate-limiting step in sugar utilization [2]. Insulin and muscle contraction are physiologically regulated sugar transport in skeletal muscle cells
