案例:年过八十的老袁是一位孤老,他将自己惟一的一套住房出租给外地姑娘秀秀。姑娘时常去看望老人,还给老人买衣服送东西。老袁认秀秀为干女儿,并将住房赠送给秀秀。2002年9月,老袁和秀秀通过房屋买卖的形式将老袁房屋的产权转让给了秀秀,实际上秀秀并未支付房款。
