在对项目收益进行考核时,投资方法的选择至关重要,内部收益率和净现值法应用广泛。在对影响投资者决策主要因素及原则考察的基础上,重点分析了内部收益率和净现值两种方法的内涵,在多选方案中,两者的结论可能会出现矛盾,文章对矛盾的原因进行了剖析,并建议投资者在两者产生矛盾时,从风险等方面来综合考察项目。
In assessing the project proceeds, the choice of investment method is crucial, the internal rate of return and the net present value method is widely used. Based on the investigation of the main factors affecting the decision-making of investors and the principle investigation, this paper analyzes the connotation of the two methods of internal rate of return and net present value. In the multiple choice scheme, the conclusion of the two may be contradictory. The reasons for the analysis, and suggest that investors in the two contradictions, from a comprehensive risk and other aspects of the project.
