用石蜡切片和塑料切片法 ,对中国春与粗山羊草正、反交授粉后不同时间固定的子房进行了胚胎学研究。结果表明 ,虽然正、反交均能受精发育 ,但两者的受精率和成胚率相差极大。正交组合的平均受精率和成胚率分别为2 3.75 %和 4 .5 8% ;而反交组合的平均受精率和成胚率分别为 87.0 8%和 82 .0 8%。尽管如此 ,正交所形成的正常胚的质量比反交形成的胚质量要好。在反交组合中 ,受精发育过程较正常 ,而在正交组合中受精过程延迟 ,多数受精卵败育。本文进一步证实了反交组合的成胚率高于正交组合 ;而正交组合的幼胚拯救率高于反交组合的胚胎学原因
By using paraffin section and plastic sectioning method, we conducted embryological studies on ovary and ovary fixed in different periods of time after anther and pollination. The results showed that although both positive and negative cross can fertilize, but the fertilization rate and embryo rate between the two differ greatly. The average fertilization rate and embryogenesis rate of orthogonal combinations were 23.7% and 4.58%, respectively. The average fertilization rate and embryogenesis rate of the reciprocal crosses were 87.0% and 82.0%, respectively. Nevertheless, the quality of normal embryos formed by orthogonality is better than the quality of embryos formed by crossbreeding. In the anti-cross combination, the process of fertilization development than normal, but in the orthogonal combination of fertilization delay, the majority of fertilized eggs abortion. This article further confirmed that the blastocyst rate of the reciprocal crosses was higher than that of the orthogroups, while that of the orthogonal crosses was higher than that of the reciprocal crosses
