对癌基因治疗开始的临床试验由于两种重要技术进展已成为可能:能够克隆构成致癌遗传基础或有治疗潜能的基因,以及转基因方法数量的增加。结果,美国已批准了30项癌症的基因治疗实验,本文评述癌的基因治疗现状与其未来发展方向。
Clinical trials for the onset of oncogene therapy have been made possible by two important technological advances: the ability to clone genes that constitute the carcinogenic genetic basis or have therapeutic potential, and the increase in the number of transgenic methods. As a result, the United States has approved 30 cancer gene therapy experiments. This article reviews the status of cancer gene therapy and its future direction.
