机械的高速运转,所产生的机械振动,直接影响着机械的正常工作,缩短机械使用寿命,降低机械效率。因此,减小机械振动,研究机构平衡的原理与方法,是发展机械工业不可缺少的一个重要环节。本文应用复变函数的方法,对偏心连杆式、凸轮杠杆式和凸轮摇臂式床头传动机构的平衡,进行了分析和探讨。运用机构位形方程式的建立,推导出惯性力完全平衡的精确计算公式。这些公式对于做好摇床头的设计具有实际意义。
Mechanical high-speed operation, the resulting mechanical vibration, a direct impact on the normal work of machinery, reduce mechanical life, reduce mechanical efficiency. Therefore, to reduce the mechanical vibration and to study the principle and method of institution balance is an indispensable part of the development of the machinery industry. In this paper, the complex function method is used to analyze and discuss the balance of eccentric linkage, cam lever and cam rocker bedhead transmission mechanism. With the establishment of the mechanism configuration formula, the accurate formula for the complete balance of inertia force is deduced. These formulas have practical significance for the design of the shaker.
