对高师学生体育运动兴趣的调查与分析表明，高师学生体育运动兴趣具有广泛性、集中性、稳定性的特征，且存在一定的性别差异. 在集中性上，趋向于竞技性能的球类运动、健身健美、娱乐性运动等方面. 同时，体育运动兴趣对学生的心理特征有着积极的影响.
