在当前网络环境下,企业的员工管理呈现出信息化管理的发展趋势,呈现出诸多的管理特点,具体表现为员工思想的开放,企业管理难度的增大。在当前时期,必须适应网络发展的形势,针对企业员工管理中的问题,理顺管理的思路。同时,要网络时代的要求,从利用网络群组对员工进行价值引领,建立文化网站进行价值观宣传,利用网络进行典型模范人物示范作用等方面,对企业员工进行价值观的培养。
