一九九一年以来,在县委、县政府正确领导下,在省市教委关怀指导下,县教委认真贯彻执行国家教委与省、市有关文件精神,依法治教,发展特教,采取一系列措施积极开展残疾少儿义务教育工作,到九七年秋,全县7—15岁残疾少儿总数为386人,已入学352人,入学率91.2％(其中盲童28人,入学28人,入学率100％;聋童97人。入学86人,入学率88.7％,弱智261人,入学238人,入学率91.2％)。全县残疾少儿入学率,超过国家“普九”标准。我县发展特教工作的主要作法和体会是:
