目的:建立用HPLC测定蒡芩慢咽滴丸中蟾酥内酯含量的方法。方法:采用十八烷基键合硅胶色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.5%磷酸二氢钾溶液(用磷酸调pH值为3.2)(32∶68)为流动相,检测波长为296 nm,柱温40℃。结果:酯蟾毒配基及华蟾酥毒基的线性范围分别为0.2~1.0μg(r=0.999 7)及0.224~1.12μg(r=0.999 6),平均回收率(n=6)分别为99.91%(RSD=0.796 0%)和99.84%(RSD=1.002 3%)。结论:该方法简单可靠。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of valsartan lactone in Guchang blockade pills. METHODS: An octadecyl-bonded silica gel column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used as mobile phase with acetonitrile-0.5% potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (pH adjusted to 3.2 with phosphoric acid) (32:68). The detection wavelength is 296 nm and the column temperature is 40°C. RESULTS: The linear ranges of esters of pyridoxine and quercitrin were 0.2-1.0 μg (r=0.999 7) and 0.224-1.12 μg (r=0.999 6), respectively. The average recovery rate (n=6) was 99.91. % (RSD=0.796 0%) and 99.84% (RSD=1.002 3%). Conclusion: This method is simple and reliable.
