我所任教的中学是五年前由小学改制的初级中学,故与附近的华师大二附中、曹杨二中相比,其生源质量颇差,不仅无几尖子,语、数、外各科皆弱的同学倒不少.这便决定了我的初中化学教学要达到“同步”;非分两步走不可.这就是说,我只得设法让笨鸟先飞,即先下苦功让“差生”
