近年来,舒兰市采取落实优惠政策、优化创业环境、加强创业服务、发展特色农业和电商产业等举措,扎实推进农民工等人员返乡创业,取得了较好效果。截至今年3月末,全市共计2 307名返乡农民工创办企业和实体1 887个,涵盖制造、物流、餐饮等17个行业,带动农村富余劳动力就地就近转移就业2.78万人。2016年3月,舒兰市被国家十部委首批认定为全国农民工等人员返乡创业试点县。完善落实积极政策按照国家、省、市关于鼓励农民工等人员返乡创业的总体要求,舒兰市制定了《关于支持农民工等人员返乡创业的实施
In recent years, Shulan City has taken good measures such as implementing preferential policies, optimizing the business environment, strengthening entrepreneurial services, developing characteristic agriculture and e-commerce industries, and steadily promoting the return of migrant workers and other personnel to their hometown.
