让农民工获得和城市居民一样的平等待遇,这比他们在城市生存更重要。这就要政府构建覆盖进城务工人员的社会保障制度,让他们享受与城市居民同等的社会保障权利,以逐步达到将他们市民化的目标。
Getting migrant workers equal equal treatment with city dwellers is more important than their survival in the city. This will require the government to set up a social security system covering urban migrant workers so that they can enjoy the same social security rights as urban residents so as to gradually achieve their goal of urbanizing them.
