国民经济的发展对公路运输提出了越来越高的要求。对于重载运输,在严令禁止超载的同时,我们还应该从技术上采取有效的措施,提高桥梁承载能力,适应车辆荷载增长的变化,以保证公路运输的安全、畅通。
The development of the national economy has set higher and higher demands on road transport. For heavy haulage, while strictly prohibiting overloading, we should also take effective technical measures to improve the carrying capacity of the bridge to adapt to changes in the growth of vehicle load in order to ensure the safety and smoothness of road transport.
