为提高临床对喉腔神经鞘瘤的认识，报告收治的3例喉腔神经鞘瘤患者的临床资料。该肿瘤主要发生于杓会厌襞，累及室带或突入梨状窝，声门下区少见。其起源于喉上神经的可能性最大。3例中，2例经喉裂开、1例经咽侧切开予以切除，均治愈，无复发。
In order to improve the clinical understanding of the schwannoma of the throat, 3 cases of throat schwannoma reported in the clinical data were reported. The tumor occurs mainly in the spongy epiglottis, involving the room with or into the pear-shaped nest, subglottic area rare. It is most likely to originate in the laryngeal nerve. In 3 cases, 2 cases were opened by laryngectomy and 1 case was resected by pharyngeal incision. All cases were cured without recurrence.
