自一九六○年秋,He-Ne激光器问世以来,气体激光器有了很大的发展,我国在1964年亦制成了He-Ne激光器。目前正在迅速发展中,气体激光器激光器类型中较多的一类激光器,占据着几千条谱线,稳定性,单色性最好。 按工作物质的性质;气体激光器可分为原子气体激光器,离子气体激光器,分子气体激光器,受激准分子气体激光器以及其他气体激光器五种。 (一)原子气体激光器 它主要是有氦、氖、氩、氪或氙类惰性气体以及分金属原子作为工作物质的激光器件,迄今已到29种具有受激振荡的气体元素,共拥有450条发射其波长范围从2163微米到4100埃。
