破坏性创新商业模式可以使最先使用者获得竞争优势,但却容易遭受“合法性”尤其是“政治合法性”的打击,形成破坏性创新商业模式的“合法性悖论”。文章具体探讨了(1)自然隔离如何避免破坏性创新商业模式在成长中尤其是成长初期遭受政治合法性的打击;(2)社会隔离如何使破坏性创新商业模式获得不可移植的核心竞争力;(3)心理隔离如何使破坏性创新商业模式获得成长的时间优势。在此基础上,文章为新创业的企业,尤其是采用破坏性创新商业模式的企业提出了相关的建议。
Destructive and innovative business model allows first-time users to gain a competitive advantage, but is vulnerable to the “legitimacy” and especially “political legitimacy,” creating a paradox of “disruptive and innovative business models.” ". The article specifically discusses (1) how natural segregation can avoid the disruptive innovation business model from being hit by political legitimacy during its growth, especially in its early stage of growth; (2) how social segregation can make the disruptive and innovative business model gain an unportable core competitiveness; (3) how psychological isolation can lead to the growth of destructive and innovative business models. On this basis, the article puts forward some suggestions for the new start-up enterprises, especially the enterprises that adopt the disruptive and innovative business model.
