目的探讨睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)对患者肱-踝脉搏波传导速度(b-aPWV)的影响。方法对24例诊断为OSAHS的男性患者(病例组)和22例男性健康个体(对照组)进行b-aPWV检测。两组患者均无高血压、冠心病、脑卒中,无颈动脉或上下肢动脉粥样硬化、动脉壁钙化或动脉瘤形成,两组间患者年龄、身高体重指数(BMI)无统计学差异,具有可比性。分析两组患者b-aPWV的差异。结果 OSAHS组b-aPWV值显著高于对照组(1346.86±123.48vs1237.91±84.46,P<0.01),b-aPWV阳性率显著高于对照组(13/24vs1/22,P<0.01)。结论与正常对照组相比,OSAHS患者b-aPWV值及其阳性率增高,动脉僵硬度增加。
Objective To investigate the effect of sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) on brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity (b-aPWV) in patients. Methods b-aPWV was detected in 24 male patients (case group) and 22 male healthy individuals (control group) diagnosed as OSAHS. No hypertension, coronary heart disease, stroke, carotid artery or upper and lower extremity atherosclerosis, arterial wall calcification or aneurysm formation were found in both groups. There was no significant difference in age and height and body mass index (BMI) between the two groups. Comparable. Differences in b-aPWV between the two groups were analyzed. Results The b-aPWV in OSAHS group was significantly higher than that in control group (1346.86 ± 123.48 vs 12.27.91 ± 84.46, P <0.01). The positive rate of b-aPWV in OSAHS group was significantly higher than that in control group (13/24 vs 1/22, P <0.01). Conclusion Compared with the normal control group, the b-aPWV value and its positive rate in OSAHS patients are increased, and the arterial stiffness is increased.
