以10个糜子品种和化学杂交剂SQ-1的不同剂量为处理,采取裂区设计方法,研究了SQ-1的杀雄效果及其不同基因型糜子对SQ-1反应的遗传差异。结果表明,在雌雄蕊分化期喷施4.0 kg/hm2和5.0 kg/hm2剂量SQ-1,诱导雄性不育率均在95%以上,其诱导糜子雄性不育效果具有广谱性;两个剂量的自然授粉结实率和人工饱和授粉结实率达到极显著,剂量高的值偏低。品种间及品种与剂量一级互作的自然授粉结实率和人工饱和授粉结实率差异极显著,说明不同基因型品种雌蕊对SQ-1的反映不同。

There was significant difference between the natural pollination rate and the artificial saturated pollination rate among the varieties and the first grade interaction of the varieties and doses, which indicated that the pistils of different genotypes had different responses to SQ-1.
