随着教育的不断发展与进步,中国传统英语教学模式导致大学英语教育存在耗时长、效率低、效果差等诸多弊端。为了促进当今大学英语教学,应当根据中国传统教育模式的现状并结合当今社会的各种先进教育理念,从而对我们现行的教学模式进行改革。CDIO模式的介入,对于高校大学英语教学改革既有深厚的认知基础和理论依据,又可以使英语学习和专业学习相互支持、共同发展,对提高英语学习效率、培养工程思维能力、团队工作能力、自主构建意义和创新能力具有积极的促进作用。对比研究传统模式与CDIO模式下大学英语教学,将扬长避短而促进大学英语教学。
With the constant development and progress of education, the traditional English teaching mode in China leads to the disadvantages of college English education, such as time-consuming, inefficient and poor results. In order to promote college English teaching today, we should reform our current teaching model according to the current situation of China’s traditional education model and the various advanced education concepts of today’s society. The intervention of CDIO model not only has profound cognitive foundation and theoretical basis for university English teaching reform in universities, but also enables English learning and professional learning to support each other and develop together. It is of great importance to improve English learning efficiency, develop engineering thinking ability and team work ability , Independent construction of meaning and ability to innovate has a positive role in promoting. The comparative study of the traditional model and the CDIO model of college English teaching, will avoid weaknesses and promote college English teaching.
