12328电话作为一项服务民生性工作,是交通运输部门倾听民声、畅通民意的重要渠道,同时对于交通运输主管部门开展相关决策、研判市场运行态势、提升治理能力具有重要现实意义。今年,为了更好地畅通民生民意的诉求渠道,交通运输部门开通了全国统一的12328服务监督电话,目前全国330多个地市级以上城市均已经开通运行,主要受理道路运输、公路、水路、城市公交等领域的相关投诉举报、信息咨询和意见建议。
As a service for people ’s livelihood, telephone is an important channel for the transportation department to listen to the public opinion and unblock people’ s opinions. At the same time, it is of great practical significance for the transportation department to make relevant decisions, judge the market situation and improve the governance ability. This year, in order to better smooth the appeal channels for people’s livelihood and public opinion, the transportation department has launched a nationwide unified 12328 service supervision telephone. At present, more than 330 cities in the country have been operating cities and mainly accept road transport, roads, waterways, City bus and other areas of complaint reports, information advice and suggestions.
