起草讲话稿本是领导的职责,但作为办公室文秘工作者,也要在这方面当好参谋助手。文秘人员要想写好讲话稿,除必须具备良好的政治修养和较高的文字水平外,还应注意五个问题:一、了解听众。在写稿前要了解听众的愿望和要求,弄清他们关心和迫切需要解决的问题。只有这样,才能找准分析问题的角度和解决问题的办法,才能把握好讲话稿的基调和口气,才能有的放矢、语无虚发。
