目的介绍广州亚运会症状监测系统并分析其运行情况,探讨症状监测体系在大型运动会卫生保障中的应用。方法开发亚运会症状监测与涉亚人员健康监测信息系统,从2010年11月3日起通过亚运场馆医疗点、定点医院、接待酒店等途径收集所有涉亚人员发热、腹泻、皮疹、结膜红肿、黄疸等5类症状信息,对所有出现症状人员进行流行病学调查;同时收集同时期学生因病缺勤信息。采用敏感度、特异度等指标对监测体系进行评价。结果广州亚(残)运会期间,症状监测系统报告五大症状的患者476人次,其中发热症状163例,腹泻202例,皮疹61例,结膜红肿31例,黄疸0例,发热伴腹泻11例,发热伴皮疹4例,发热伴结膜红肿1例。学校学生症状监测各类症状7273人次,其中以咳嗽和发热为主;监测体系报告及时,病例症状发生到报告平均6.3h,聚集性症状报告平均2.5h,报告准确率99.78%,无传染病、食物中毒病例漏报。结论亚运会期间,基于驻馆医疗团队及公共卫生保障团队、定点医院主动监测为主要形式,发热、腹泻等五大类症状为监测内容的监测系统敏感性、特异性高,成本费用低,能及早地识别公共卫生事件的发生,可以广泛应用于大型活动的卫生保障实践。
Objective To introduce the symptom monitoring system of Guangzhou Asian Games and analyze the operation of the system, and to discuss the application of symptom monitoring system in the health insurance of large-scale games. Methods To develop the Symposium on Asian Games Symptomatic Surveillance and Health Monitoring Information System for Sub-staffs from November 3, 2010, all Asian-related fever, diarrhea, skin rashes, conjunctival swelling were collected through the venues of Asian Games venues, designated hospitals and reception hotels. The monitoring system timely reported the case symptoms to the average of 6.3 hours, the aggregated symptoms reported an average of 2.5 hours, the accuracy rate was 99.78%, no infectious diseases, Food poisoning cases omissions. Conclusion During the Asian Games, based on the resident medical team and the public health security team, the active monitoring of designated hospitals is the main form of fever, diarrhea and other five categories of symptoms monitoring system for monitoring the content of the sensitivity, specificity, low cost, early To identify the occurrence of public health events, can be widely used in large-scale activities of health security practices.
