对２２例鼻咽癌的误诊进行分析，指出医生造成的延缓诊断最多。其误诊的原因有：①症状、体征不典型。②缺乏全面客观分析以及临床各科室联系会诊不充分。③检查鼻咽部不认真仔细。④人为的延误。并就提高对本病的早期诊断提出三项建议。
Misdiagnosis of 22 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were analyzed, pointing out that the doctor caused the most delay diagnosis. The reasons for misdiagnosis are: ① symptoms, signs are not typical. ② lack of a comprehensive and objective analysis of clinical departments and contact consultation is not sufficient. ③ check the nasopharynx is not careful. ④ artificial delay. And to improve the early diagnosis of the disease made three recommendations.
