一位微机作为微机发展的一个分支适用于中小系统的开关量控制。我们在φ500热轧机生产线的冷床区域采用了一位微机控制,从82年11月投入运行至今情况良好,从未发生过任何故障,使该区域实现了自动化生产,并具有一定的节电效果,该区域的电单耗从82年的1.348度/吨下降到83年的1.233度/吨,全年节电约二万度。一、一位微机的硬件系统1·1 构成一位微计算机由中央处理器 MC14500B、用作程序计数的 MC14516B、用作输入选择器的 MC14512B、用作输出闩锁器的MC14599B 以及用作内存储器的 ROM(本机采用 EPROM2708)构成。我们所采用的一位微机主要技术参数:(1)指令16条(2)内存容
