对白鲜皮水提取物的免疫药理学特性进行了探讨,结果发现:对半抗原picryl chloride所致的接触性皮炎(PC-DTH)及颗粒抗原羊红细胞(SRBC)所致的足跖反应(SRBC-DTH),白鲜皮在各抗原攻击后给药有明显的抑制作用,但攻击前给药则未能抑制两DTH。白鲜皮还明显地抑制二甲苯所致的小鼠耳壳及鸡蛋清所致的小鼠足蹠炎症反应。此外,白鲜皮对于小鼠抗SRBC抗体的产生,包括对抗体产生细胞(PFC)数和血清溶血素水平均有明显的抑制作用。这些结果表明,白鲜皮对细胞免疫和体液免疫均有抑制作用,对DTH反应的作用表现为对DTH反应的效应相,其中包括炎症过程的抑制作用。
The immunopharmacological properties of the water extract of fresh skin were discussed. The results showed that the response of picric chloride to contact dermatitis (PC-DTH) and granulocyte antigen sheep erythrocytes (SRBC) -DTH), fresh white skin in each antigen attack after administration was significantly inhibited, but did not pre-attack administration of two DTH. White fresh skin also significantly inhibited xylene-induced mouse ear and egg white mouse foot inflammation response. In addition, the white fresh skin on mouse anti-SRBC antibody production, including the number of antibody-producing cells (PFC) and serum hemolysin levels were significantly inhibited. These results show that fresh white skin on cellular immunity and humoral immunity are inhibited, the role of DTH response to the DTH reaction phase, including the inhibition of the inflammatory process.
