采用高速摄影和影片解析方法,对我国优秀男子百米运动员途中跑阶段支撑腿缓冲技术进行对比分析。结果显示:我国运动员支撑动作不合理、支撑腿膝关节缓冲幅度过大,影响了蹬伸与摆动速度;缓冲时间过长,影响了步频的提高。提出我国短跑选手应加强肌肉退让性工作能力的理念。
Using high-speed photography and video analytic method, comparative analysis was made on the cushioning technology of leg support during the middle-running of Chinese Elite Men’s 100 Meters. The result shows that the support motion of Chinese athletes is unreasonable, the cushioning amplitude of the knee of the supporting leg is too large, which affects the kicking and swinging speed. The buffer time is too long, which affects the increase of the pitch frequency. Put forward the idea that Chinese sprinters should strengthen their abilities to give up their muscles.
