目的:研究五虎化栓丸对急性脑梗死患者神经功能的影响。方法:将156例急性脑梗死患者采取抽签的方法,分为3组,最后综合组48例、中药组49例、康复组47例进入统计分析。在神经内科常规治疗的基础上,康复组进行神经功能的康复训练,中药组加用自制药物五虎化栓丸,综合组应用五虎化栓丸+神经功能的康复训练,均跟踪观察60天,评价神经功能恢复情况,观察治疗前、治疗后60天的神经功能缺损、FMA及Barthel评分。结果:中药组治疗后60天神经功能缺损评分与治疗前和康复组比较有显著差异性(P<0.05或P<0.01),治疗后60天FMA评分和Barthel评分与治疗前和康复组比较也有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01);中药组与综合组间疗效也有明显差异,综合组疗效优于中药组,(P<0.05)。结论:五虎化栓丸对急性脑梗死患者神经功能康复有显著促进作用,如结合早期康复训练效果更好。
Objective: To study the effect of Wuhu Huacheng pill on the neurological function in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods: A total of 156 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into 3 groups. 48 patients in the last combined group, 49 in the traditional Chinese medicine group and 47 in the rehabilitation group were included in the statistical analysis. On the basis of conventional treatment of neurology, the rehabilitation group conducted rehabilitation training of neurological function. The traditional Chinese medicine group added Wuhu Huashi Pill with self-made medicine. The comprehensive treatment group used Wuhu Huacheng Pills + neurological rehabilitation training, all followed for 60 days , Evaluation of neurological recovery, observed before treatment, 60 days after treatment of neurological deficit, FMA and Barthel score. Results: The score of neurological deficit in TCM group at 60 days after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment and rehabilitation group (P <0.05 or P <0.01). The FMA score and Barthel score at 60 days after treatment also showed significant difference compared with before treatment and rehabilitation group (P <0.05 or P <0.01). There was also a significant difference between the traditional Chinese medicine group and the comprehensive treatment group. The curative effect of the comprehensive treatment group was better than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group (P <0.05 or P <0.05). Conclusion: Wuhu Huashuan Pills can significantly promote the neurological rehabilitation of patients with acute cerebral infarction, such as combined with early rehabilitation training.
