前言近几年来,国内外开始对贱金属厚膜电阻浆料子以重视,期望获得价格低廉、性能良好、适宜于大量生产的贱金属厚膜电阻浆料。在参考文献中报导了英国电气研究协会(ERA)研制的一种新型电阻浆料——高质量贱金属厚膜电阻浆料,其性能可与第二代贵金属材料相比。现将我们在这方面所做的电阻浆料的制备、工艺性能试验、电气性能试验、导电机理分析等工作分别介绍如下。
Preface In recent years, at home and abroad began to pay attention to base metal thick film resistor paste expected to obtain low price, good performance, suitable for mass production of base metal thick film resistor paste. The references describe a new type of resistive paste, a high quality base metal thick film resistor paste developed by the British Electric Research Association (ERA), which has properties comparable to those of the second generation noble metal materials. Now we made in this regard, the preparation of the resistance of the slurry, the process performance test, electrical performance test, the conductive mechanism analysis are described below.
