目的:研究芪萸参方颗粒对腺嘌呤诱导肾损伤小鼠的干预作用。方法:采用腺嘌呤(80mg/kg)灌胃造成小鼠慢性肾炎模型,通过测定小鼠24 h尿蛋白含量、血清尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(CRE)、胆固醇、MDA、SOD值、体质量、肾系数的变化值及观察小鼠肾组织的病理变化,考察芪萸参方颗粒对腺嘌呤诱导小鼠肾损伤模型的保护作用。结果:芪萸参方颗粒能明显增加小鼠体质量,减少24 h尿蛋白含量,降低血清肌酐、尿素氮的含量,提高小鼠血清SOD活力,降低小鼠血清MDA含量,减轻肾组织的病理变化。结论:芪萸参方颗粒对腺嘌呤诱导肾损伤小鼠有保护作用。
Objective: To study the intervention of Qiwu Shenfang Granule on adenine-induced renal injury in mice. Methods: Chronic nephritis model was induced by intragastric administration of adenine (80mg / kg). The levels of 24 h urine protein, serum BUN, creatinine (CRE), cholesterol, MDA and SOD, , The change of renal coefficient and the pathological changes of the mouse kidney were observed to investigate the protective effect of QWGSG on adenine-induced renal injury in mice. Results: QWU Shenfang Granule can significantly increase body weight, decrease proteinuria in 24 h, decrease serum creatinine and urea nitrogen, increase SOD activity in serum, decrease serum MDA in mice, and reduce pathological changes in kidney Variety. Conclusion: Astragalus membranaceus has protective effects on adenine-induced renal injury in mice.
