城市噪声区划是城市总体规划和环境规划的一个组成部分。它的主要目的是为了保障城市居民正常生活、学习和工作场所的安静和有效地控制城市噪声污染的程度和范围,提高声环境质量。因此城市噪声区划要服务于城市总体规划和分区规划的实施和管理,要与城市功能区划相协调,要为实现城市环境功能区区划创造条件。本文以天津市的噪声区划为例。简要地介绍噪声区划的做法。
Urban noise division is an integral part of urban master planning and environmental planning. Its main purpose is to ensure the normal life of urban residents, study and workplace quiet and effective control of the extent and scope of urban noise pollution and improve the quality of acoustic environment. Therefore, urban noise division should serve the implementation and management of urban master planning and zoning planning, coordinate with urban zoning, and create conditions for zoning of urban environmental functional zones. This article takes Tianjin as an example. Briefly introduce the noise division approach.
