蒸压粉煤灰砖是目前我国重点推广的墙体建筑材料之一,在内蒙古地区由于对蒸压粉煤灰砖砌体的研究较少,严重影响其在实践工程中的推广使用。本文的主要目的是研究分析砂浆与块体的强度、砂浆的和易性、砖块是否湿润、灰缝厚度、加载速度等对蒸压粉煤灰砖砌体抗压强度的影响。结果表明:在诸多影响因素中,砂浆和块体强度、砂浆的和易性、水平灰缝饱满度、加载速度对抗压强度的影响最为显著。
Autoclaved fly ash bricks are one of the most widely used wall building materials in our country. In our country, there are few studies on autoclaved fly ash brick masonry in Inner Mongolia, which has seriously affected its popularization and application in practical engineering. The main purpose of this paper is to study the influence of the strength of mortar and block, the workability of mortar, the wettability of brick, the thickness of mortar joint and the loading speed on the compressive strength of autoclaved fly ash brick masonry. The results show that among the many influencing factors, the mortar and block strength, the workability of mortar, the horizontal fullness of the grout and the loading speed have the most significant impact on the compressive strength.
