目的 探究原发性IgA肾病患者的临床特点与病理分级之间的关系.方法 选取我院收治的98例原发性IgA肾病患者做回顾性分析,分析并总结患者的临床资料,分析患者临床特点及病理分级.结果 据研究结果显示,原发性IgA肾病患者的病理分级越高,BUN指标随之上升,eGFR随之下降,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05).原发性IgA肾病患者临床表现为,无症状尿检异常性,达45.92％,其次为肾病综合征,达35.71％,再次为高血压型,达9.18％,终末IgA期型为2.04％,所占比例最低.结论 原发性IgA肾病主要多发于青壮年,临床表现较为多样,主要以无症状尿检异常为主,且病理分级越高,患者预后效果越差,故早期进行肾活检及分析病理分级对判断患者预后具有重要的临床价值与意义.
