胡主席强调指出,要建立健全集中领导、统一指挥、反应灵敏、运转高效的工作机制,提高各级党委遂行多样化军事任务的能力。人武部应充分发挥党委核心领导作用,切实提高遂行多样化军事任务能力。
President Hu stressed that it is necessary to establish and improve a working mechanism of centralized leadership, unified command, responsiveness and efficient operation so as to enhance the ability of party committees at various levels to carry out diversified military tasks. The armed forces should give full play to the core leadership role of the party committees and earnestly improve the ability to carry out diversified military tasks.
