兴化中光照明电器有限公司的前身为电视机配件厂,由于家用电器市场竞争不断加剧,原材料价格上升,本来盈利的电视机配件逐渐变为微利甚至亏损。为了寻求新的出路,前年该厂开发了照明电器产品,成立了兴化市照明电器公司;1994年,又通过外资“嫁接”,中美合资后更名为“兴化中光照明电器有限公司”。但是,企业依然没有出现转机。1994年1~5月份,帐面累计亏损21万元,预计到年底亏损总额将会达到上百万元。究其原因,一是“中光”前身一直是隶属于“通达”的子企业,产权边际模糊,机制僵化,负盈不负亏;二是前几年
