清洁级Wistar大鼠颈总动脉插管,使用MS-302生物信息计算分析系统接驳计算机,皮下注射生理盐水(0.5mL/100g),比较分析注射前、注射后15ms、30ms、45ms、60ms、75ms、90ms之Wistar大鼠的心率、颈总动脉收缩压、平均压、舒张压、呼吸频率、呼吸张力的变化。结果显示:清洁级Wistar大鼠的心率为331~378次/min,颈总动脉平均血压为92.4~115.9mmHg,收缩压为101.7~129.3mmHg,舒张压为82~110.2mmHg;呼吸频率为56~92次/min,呼吸肌张力为3.8~6.0g。特别是Wistar大鼠呼吸肌张力指标的测定为应用提供了新的参考依据。
Clean Wistar rats were intubated with common carotid artery and computerized by MS-302 Bioinformatics Analysis System. Subcutaneous injection of normal saline (0.5mL / 100g) was performed. Before injection, 15ms, 30ms, 45ms, 60ms, The heart rate, carotid artery systolic pressure, mean pressure, diastolic pressure, respiration rate, respiration tension in Wistar rats of 75ms and 90ms were measured.
