在经典的辅助性T细胞亚群Th1/Th2研究过程中,发现了一种新型的分化发育和功能特征显著不同的辅助性T细胞Th17。Th17细胞的分化发育依赖于局部微环境及特定细胞因子的作用,主要分泌效应分子白细胞介素(IL)17A/F和IL-22、IL-21。目前研究认为Th17与机体抗胞外菌感染和一些自身免疫疾病的关系密切,因此探索Thl7细胞的分化与调控将有助于认识其在抗感染免疫和自身免疫性疾病中的作用机制,也有利于自身免疫性疾病生物学治疗靶点的发现。
During the classic Th1 / Th2 study of helper T cell subsets, a novel subset of Th17 helper T cells that differed significantly in their developmental and functional characteristics was found.
