我厂承制的石油管理局化学助剂厂国家级重点项目产品中的1000t工字梁,工期紧,质量要求高,规格种类多,有Ⅰ200,Ⅰ250,Ⅰ300,Ⅰ450,Ⅰ500等,长度从5528mm到Ⅰ4528mm不等.因此,存在焊接变形大的问题,而技术要求两翼板应平直,梁的横向弯曲度,纵向弯曲度要小,焊接应力也应小.为此,进行了如下三种工艺方案试验.
