随着社会的发展,现阶段已经进入到知识经济的时代,知识发展速度在成倍增长,而作为知识信息传播中心的图书馆,在推动社会历史发展中起着非常重要的作用。虽然现阶段图书馆使用了计算机等先进仪器设备和各种互联网技术,但是图书馆作为知识信息传播中心的作用却没有真正被发挥出来,也没有产生相应的社会效益。而产生这一问题的根本原因不仅有图书馆自身,还有社会、经济以及文化等各种因素的影响。文章对新时期图书馆管理工作中存在的问题进行了深入探讨,进而提出对图书馆管理方法进行创新、改进的有效方法,希望能够给图书馆以后的发展提供些许帮助。
With the development of society, the current stage of knowledge economy has entered an era of knowledge-based economy, and the speed of knowledge development has doubled. As a center for knowledge and information dissemination, libraries have played a very important role in promoting social and historical development. Although at this stage the library uses advanced instruments and equipment such as computers and various internet technologies, the role of libraries as centers of knowledge and information dissemination has not really been brought into play and has not produced corresponding social benefits. The root cause of this problem is not only the library itself, but also the social, economic and cultural factors. This article has carried on the thorough discussion to the problems existing in the library management in the new era, and then proposed the effective method to innovate and improve the library management method, hoping to provide some help for the future development of the library.
