教师是职业倦怠的高发人群,教师职业倦怠是教师工作压力研究的一个重要领域。造成教师职业倦怠的因素主要有个人因素、工作的过度负荷因素等方面,因此解决该问题的办法也应从这三个层面去着手,即建立教师心理调适机制、避免教师的超负荷工作、提高教师的福利待遇等。
