通过控制水玻璃模数、密度和“有害盐”含量、原砂粒度和有效成分含量,采用吹CO2和烘干方法相结合的双联硬化工艺,生产的大型铸钢件质量符合标准要求。旧砂采用“热湿法干法联合旧砂再生生产线”进行再生,再生砂的表面质量和使用性能与新砂相同,Na2O残留量达到0.28%以下;再生系统能回收旧砂中的水玻璃、铬铁矿砂等用于铸钢件生产;水资源可重复利用,有效保护了环境,实现绿色铸造。
