对４２例胆脂瘤性中耳炎患者施以开放式－期鼓室成形手术，术后听力提高＞１０ｄＢ（ＨＬ）有２２耳，成功率５２．３８％，本术式较易为有乳突根治术经验的耳科医师所掌握，应广泛应用。
Forty-two patients with cholesteatoma otitis media underwent open-phase tympanoplasty. The postoperative hearing enhancement was> 10 dB (HL) with 22 ears. The successful rate was 52.38% The experience of otologists should be widely used.
