《群众艺术馆工作条例》明确规定,省艺术馆有收集整理民族民间文化遗产的任务,还有调查群众文艺活动情况、研究民族民间传统文化艺术活动的现状和它们的历史渊源情况的任务。在开展这些艺术活动中所形成的艺术档案资料是丰富多采的。但长期以来对如何收集、保存这些档案资料,没能引起足够重视,尤其是十年“文革”我馆曾一度撤销,人员调离,原有档案资料毁之殃尽。 The Working Regulations of the Mass Art Museum clearly stipulate that the Provincial Museum of Art has the task of collecting and sorting out the national folk cultural heritage as well as the tasks of investigating the mass literary activities of the masses and studying the current situation of their traditional folk and cultural activities and their historical origins.
