根据心理学研究表明,小学生的个性正处于不断发展的活跃阶段,具有很强的可塑性,因而,这一时期的数学课堂教学,教师更要重视学生个性以及数学创造性思维能力的培养。本文正是基于此,对小学阶段学生数学个性培养进行策略探析,从个性审题、多样解题、合作创造三个维度展开论述,提出了自己几点教学思考,希望有所借鉴。一、个性审题,调动资源增添思维乐趣审题是数学学习的第一关。在传统的审题教学中,教师多是循规蹈矩,教导的审题方式往往比较单一。将审题方式框死了,这显然不利于学生个性化培养。基于此,笔者倡导一种个性审题教学方式,即基于小学生心理特点,鼓励学生发挥想象,用个性化方式理清题意。要引导学生进行个性审题,
According to the research of psychology, the pupils ’personality is in an evolving and active stage and has a strong plasticity. Therefore, in this period of mathematics classroom teaching, teachers should pay more attention to the cultivation of students’ individuality and mathematical creative thinking ability. Based on this, this article carries on the tactics analysis to the mathematics individuality training of primary school students, discusses from the three aspects of examining personality, solving problems in various ways and cooperating together, and puts forward some points of my own thinking and hope for reference.
