煤尘云的爆炸下限浓度是表征煤尘的爆炸性质的一个重要技术参数,井下防止煤尘爆炸的管理工作常需要参考应用.我们在实验室条件下开展了这项研究工作.为取得正确的实验结果,经过反复多次的试验和改进,建立一套能够制造均匀煤尘云而操作比较方便的实验装置.利用这套装置,初步测量了几种类型煤的煤尘云爆炸下限浓度值,对煤尘的粒度、甲烷以及岩粉等对爆炸下限浓度的影响也做了典型的考察.
