随着我国社会经济不断发展,幼儿教育以及幼儿能力和素质的培养和提高,受到了越来越广泛的重视和关注。就我国当前的幼儿教育编班形式而言,普遍使用同龄编班的标准实现对幼儿的区分,幼儿与异龄幼儿的交往机会较少,相应限制了幼儿社会能力的良性发展。为了适应现代教育的发展,我园根据实际情况,开展了户外混龄活动。在这短短的一年左右的时间里,自己有成功也有失败,下面,我从户外混龄活动入手,结合自身教学经验,就户外混龄活动的特征和实施措施,发表几点看法。
With the continuous development of social economy in our country, the cultivation and improvement of early childhood education and the ability and quality of young children have received more and more attention and attention. As far as the current form of kindergarten education in our country is concerned, it is common to use the standard of the same age class to realize the distinction between young children. There are fewer opportunities for young children and young children to interact with each other, which in turn limits the healthy development of young children’s social competence. In order to adapt to the development of modern education, I park according to the actual situation, launched outdoor mixed-age activities. In this short span of a year or so, I had success and failure. Now, I start with the outdoor age-old activities and combine my teaching experience with the characteristics and implementation measures of the outdoor age-old age-related activities.
