我厂是丝绸新品种试样企业,多年来在生产型管理模式指导下,企业试制一些新产品主要考虑的是社会效益,而放松了企业本身的经济效益。主要反映在企业管理制度不完善,内部分配制度的不合理,职工劳动积极性调动不起来,形成了企业质量差、消耗大、效益低的局面。随着经济体制的改革不断深化发展,企业从生产型管理转变为生产经营型管理,我们转变观念,从抓社会效益的前提下重点抓
Our factory is a sample company of new silk varieties.
