煤矿监控系统对井下工作人员与设备安全发挥着巨大作用,在这些系统中存在大量的本质安全型传感器。目前国内对监控系统的认证方式是系统认证,经检验后系统传感器组配置方案不得随意改变,严重影响了系统灵活性。针对目前系统认证方法的不足,提出了监控系统中传感器的1种分类技术,并研究了基于该分类技术的传感器互换配接技术,提高了生产企业配置监控系统的自由度和检测检验机构的工作效率。
The mine monitoring system plays a huge role in the safety of miners and equipment downhole, and there are a large number of intrinsically safe sensors in these systems. At present, the authentication method of the monitoring system in China is system certification. After being tested, the system sensor group configuration plan can not be arbitrarily changed, which seriously affects the system flexibility. Aiming at the shortcomings of the current system authentication methods, a classification technology of sensors in the monitoring system is proposed, and the technology of sensor interchangeability matching based on the classification technology is researched, which improves the degree of freedom of the production enterprises in configuring the monitoring system and the testing agency Work efficiency.
