各种组织学类型的肿瘤研究表明,~(99m)Tc-HM-PAO显像是显示肿瘤血灌注的有效方法.本文报告18例经证实的原发肺癌显像结果.方法:~(99m)Tc-HMPAO 555MBq静注15分钟后肺平面显像,16例SPECT显像.两周内11例患者再做~(67)Ga肺平而和SPECT显像.利用~(99m)Tc-HMPAO和~(67)Ga这两种SPECT显像图,计算出肿瘤组织与等大面积的健侧相应肺组织的放射性比值(T/N).结果:8例手术者~(67)Ga显像均阳性,~(99m)Tc-
A variety of histological types of tumor studies have shown that ~(99m)Tc-HM-PAO imaging is an effective method for displaying blood perfusion in tumors.
